In a demonstration of solidarity and compassion, the Northern Governors Forum, led by Chairman Muhammad Yahaya, announced a collective donation of N180 million to victims affected by the accidental bombing in Tudun Biri village, Kaduna.

During their inaugural meeting at the Sir Kashim Ibrahim Government House, Kaduna, the governors addressed matters of regional concern, including security, agriculture, and oil exploration.

The accidental airstrike, attributed to the Nigerian Army, claimed several lives, prompting a commitment from the forum to investigate the incident thoroughly. Governor Yahaya emphasized the collective responsibility to tackle insecurity and other challenges for the region's development.

The aid aims to provide relief and support to those affected by the tragic incident.
