The Police Service Commission (PSC) has announced the initiation of a groundbreaking recruitment drive across Nigeria, set to commence on Monday, January 8th, 2024.

Headed by Chairman Dr. Solomon Arase, the Commission emphasized the historic significance of this exercise, stressing that it marks a transformative chapter in their operations. Arase urged the staff to uphold professionalism and integrity, acknowledging the weight of the nation's aspirations for a just and secure future.

This recruitment is particularly significant as the first conducted by the Commission since the landmark Supreme Court Judgment of July 20th, 2023, reaffirming the PSC's primacy in recruiting for the Nigeria Police Force.

With over 400,000 applicants expected, the Commission is establishing a dedicated Situation Room for transparency and efficiency. Arase warned against any staff involvement in questionable activities, emphasizing the commitment to integrity and fairness.

This comprehensive recruitment process aims to set the gold standard for future endeavors.
