Director Kule Afolayan expressed his shock and sorrow, stating, "Sad! Sad! Sad! I’m not sure of what to say or how to deal with this! There is a saying that 'T’ibi t’ire la da Ile aye.' This is just so shocking. May your soul rest in peace, Quadri."
Actor Biola Bayo shared heartfelt condolences, saying, "You will be greatly missed, Sisi Quadri. May your soul rest in perfect peace. May God comfort all your loved ones."
The devastating news was announced by fellow actor Tunde Olayusuf on Instagram. Reflecting on the belief that everything is by the will of Allah, he prayed for peace for the departed soul and strength for Quadri's family and friends.
Colleagues, including Muyiwa Ademola, Folorunsho Adeola, Bukola Adeeyo, Oba K Solo, and Mercy Ebosele, expressed shock and grief. Muyiwa Ademola questioned, "Goddddd! Why? How?" Mercy Ebosele simply wrote, "Jesus Christ," while Bukola Adeeyo exclaimed, "Jesus," and Oba K Solo mentioned, "Wow. Just watched him on the Anikulapo Series."
