President Bola Tinubu has initiated a significant change at the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), ushering in a new governing board and management team.
The NCDMB, responsible for ensuring substantial indigenous content in the energy industry, saw no official reason given for the departure of the former board and management.
In a statement, presidential spokesperson Ajuri Ngelale announced the appointment of Felix Ogbe as the new Executive Secretary and Heineken Lokpobiri as the Chairman of the board, alongside other qualified professionals.
President Tinubu aims for this fresh team to propel indigenous participation in the energy sector, aligning with the administration's Renewed Hope Agenda.
