Speaking at the book launch, "Working with Buhari: Reflections of a Special Adviser Media and Publicity (2015–2023)," penned by Femi Adesina, Buhari's former spokesman, Tinubu acknowledged the battles and tasks that accompanied his assumption of office.
Tinubu expressed, "When you left the office, you left many battles and a bunch of tasks for me for continuity. I inherited the assets and liabilities of my predecessor, no matter what you say."
Despite the challenges, Tinubu commended Buhari for his unwavering focus, hard work, and commitment to conscience, acknowledging the complex nature of pleasing the Nigerian populace.
