An Ibadan-based radio station, Agidigbo 88.7 FM, has offered a job and a full scholarship to Samuel, a young boy who became an internet sensation with his viral video of imitating newscasters. Known as Radio Boi, Samuel’s impressive news-reading skills, demonstrated while washing dishes in a video, captured the hearts of many.

His viral performance led to an offer of employment and sponsorship from Agidigbo FM’s owner, Oriyomi Hamzat. The radio station will provide Samuel with a salary, practical broadcasting training, and mentorship while sponsoring his education. Samuel, overwhelmed with gratitude, expressed his thanks to Hamzat and the radio station for believing in his talent.
