Super Eagles goalkeeper Austin Ejide is happy on the forms of Nigerian players abroad, with the qualifiers for the 2015 African Nations Cup looming.
Nigeria will next week play against Congo in Port Noire, hoping to get a win that will strengthen their hopes of making it to the Nations Cup tournament next year.
And Ejide is confident that the Super Eagles players in Europe are hitting form at the right time in readiness for the matches against Congo and South Africa.
Speaking to footballlive.ng, Ejide expressed his delight with the consistency of the players in their various clubs.
"The good thing is that the players of the team are getting regular play time with their various clubs. I’m happy with the progress of the team thus far, even against Sudan.”
" I really hope that we’ll see such consistency even from the fans as we prepare for Congo and on our return home to Uyo against South Africa,”
