Politics 2015: Ilorin Flooded with President Jonathan's Campaign Posters

Last Tuesday, residents of Ilorin woke up to find their city flooded with campaign posters of President Goodluck Jonathan.

According to DAILY TRUST, the posters were cited in strategic locations such as the Ilorin Central Eid-praying ground, where thousands of Muslims had gathered to pray. Other parts of the cities also got their fair share of the posters.

Beneath the large photograph on the poster was written: ‘Sponsored by Foundation for Empowerment and Uniting Nigerian Youths'.

Insciptions suc as : ‘Let the good work continue’, ‘In culture in architecture and for the future, you are the best’, ‘Support Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan for continuity’, ‘He has done it. He is doing…He has also promised to do more despite the challenges’, were also found on the posters.

The Presidency is yet comment on the posters, considering its too early to float a campaign.

If you can't win the Yoruba's through Lagos state, you better start with Ilorin. That's my view

I dont think it has anything to do with any tribe It usually ends up being one poster at a bus stop, one picture and headlines will say flood.
