Timi Frank, a youth leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), was on Tuesday detained at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja by plain clothes officers of the Department of State Services (DSS).
According to DAILY POST, the incident occurred just as Frank was arriving the country from France. He was detained for about 40minutes.
The DSS also seized Frank's passport and no reason was given for the detention.
