The Nigerian Rugby Football Federation's president, Sir Edward Pam Fom has urged president Muhammadu Buhari to appoint the best hands to head the sports ministry.
The president of the federal republic of Nigeria is due to swear the cleared ministerial appointees into his cabinet on Wednesday, and Sir Edward "to put a round peg in a round hole as minister of sports."
