Serena Williams secured an Open-era record 23rd grand slam title by beating her older sister Venus to become Australian Open champion.
Venus, 36, said she is proud of her sister, Serena and God's willing, she would love to come back for the title.
She said: “Serena Williams - that is my little sister guys. Congratulations Serena on number 23.
"I have been right there with you, some of them I lost right there against you. Yes, that is weird but it is true. But it has been an awesome thing much your win has always been my win, I think that you know that.
"Those time that I couldn't be there, didn't get there, you were there. I am enormously proud of you, you mean the world to me. God willing, I would love to come back.”
