Entertainment Boko Haram Film Inspired By God - Actor Olaiya Igwe

Coming on the heels of the release of the two versions (in Yoruba and English language) of his new movie, 'Mystery of Unity' and 'Aditu Isokan', Nollywood actor, Ebun Olaiya fondly dubbed 'Igwe' has revealed how the movie cost him N52 million, took him six years to shoot and saw him working with a cast of over 2000-man strong.

The actor turned producer also explained how the movie was inspired by God adding that when he conceived the idea for the movie, Boko Haram was not known as a notorious terrorist sect. "I did not produce the film because of the Boko Haram issue, but everything I put in the film is already playing out... So maybe I was chosen by God to produce a film to educate the country."

Olaiya is currently on the set of Tunde Kelani’s adaptation of Femi Osofisan’s 'Yeepa Solarin Nbo' to 'Yeepa.' The movie stars the likes of Dejumo Lewis, Yomi Obileye and about two thousand others.
