Politics Buhari Absent, As Osinbajo Presides Over Weekly FEC Meeting

President Muhammadu Buhari missed Wednesday's weekly meeting of the Federal Executive Council, FEC held at the Council Chamber of the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

According to Vanguard, Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo presided over the meeting.



Vanguard said the reason for President’s absence was not known as there was no official position on the development. But, this will be the first council meeting to be held without President Buhari since his return from United Kingdom in March.
