A former Governor of Ogun State, Gbenga Daniel, has called for a probe of his successor, Ibikunle Amosun, for the 2010 murder of a former governorship candidate of the defunct Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN, Dipo Dina.
Mr. Daniel made this call after alleging a plan by the Amosun administration to set free some suspects arrested by the police in connection with the brutal murder of the politician.
