Kano State Governor, Rabiu Musa #Kwankwaso yesterday in Abeokuta the Ogun State capital, accused President Goodluck Jonathan administration of punishing states controlled by the All Progressives Congress, APC with the ecological funds.
Kwankwaso, who was on a-two-day working visit to Kano State students studying at the Bells University of Technology, Ota as well as Crescent University, Abeokuta made the accusation while speaking with journalists shortly after meeting with the students most of whom were on state scholarships.
While lamenting the Federal Government’s deliberate denial of the fund, the Kano State governor alleged that other states not being controlled by#APC have accessed the fund which he said runs into of two billion naira.
