At least 30 serving Senators may not return to the Senate after the 2015 elections.
According to LEADERSHIP , factors expected to stop the senators from returning to the senate chambers include; Governors of the states from where the affected senators hail are either heading for the Senate to replace them or have anointed others to take over. Also, some of the senators have gubernatorial ambitions.
