Rene Girard, coach of Lille FC has maintained that they are not selling Vincent Enyeama amid reports of interest from other clubs.
The Nigerian skipper has been the undisputed first choice for the French club, and other clubs are reportedly interested in signing the Super Eagles goalkeeper, following his impressive displays in goal.
But Girard is adamant that Enyeama will be with them, for at least the next three years as stipulated in his contract.
Speaking to French paper Le Foot, Girard said: “Vincent has a contract that doesn’t terminate until 2017 and we have no intention of letting go one of our best players.
“The only bid we have received for his services is the one I read from the papers. As Lille as a club, we are yet to receive any bid from either Sunderland or Liverpool.
“Every player is available for a certain fee but Enyeama is not for sale, even if a bid comes in we will smartly turn it down.”
Some English clubsides have been linked with Enyeama, with Liverpool believed to be interested in him.
