eTranzact has declared a dividend of 10k after declaring a profit of N471million for its financial year ended December 31, 2015.
The firm's operating profit rose by 124%, to N851 million from N380million recorded in 2014.
The company recorded a gross revenue of N8.7 billion for 2015, a 22% year-on-year growth. Also Profit before tax (PBT) rose 76% year-on-year while Profit after tax (PAT) grew by 73% year-on-year.
