There has been an explosion at the at the Deputy governor’s wing of the Rivers state Government House, Port Harcourt.
The state government is yet to confirm the explosion. However, an anonymous source who spoke to VANGUARD said that the explosion was minor although the incident caused a crack on some of the glass frames on the windows. The source also added that the government didn't want want the development to be reported by the media.
