Metro FG to Arraign Justice Nguta on November 21

Come November 21, the Federal government will arraign Justice Sylvester Ngwuta of the Supreme Court of Nigeria before the Federal High Court in Abuja.

PUNCH reports that Justice Ngwuta will be arraigned on charges of money laundering and violation of provisions of Immigration Act relating to obtaining of passports. The case has been assigned to Justice John Tsoho.

The government has also lined up 5 witnesses to testify against Justice Ngwuta. They are Aminu N. Ibrahim, Ngo Awoikiega, Mr. Tanko Nuhu Kutana, Ogudu Nwadire and Nwamba Chukwuebuka.
