Alhaji Abass Akande popularly known as Obesere has joined the growing list of entertainers who have ventured into the hospitality business.
PMNews said the ace Fuji music singer opened Obesere Catering and Event Management, a catering company managed by Princess Yetunde Sogade who is the boss of Adunni Foods located in East London.
“It is what I have been doing for a long time but lately, I decided to make it official and also show my face as the chairman. I want to touch every part of entertainment so that my fans and Nigerians as a whole can enjoy and benefit from me. I loved cooking when I was young and I think that was what gave birth to Obesere Catering and Event Management,” he said.
On the effect the new business venture would have on his career, Obesere said he employed ompetent hands to handle the operations for him and in no way affect his music career.
