Otunba Gbenga Daniel, former Governor of Ogun statehas called on politicians in the state irrespective of their political affiliations to team up to oust the incumbent Governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun, during the 2015 governorship election; THIS DAY reported.
Addressing dignitaries at a book launch in Ikeja, Lagos, Daniel described the Amosun-led government as portraying “the highest level of irresponsibility” in Ogun State.
According to him, while he and his people intended to cooperate with the present administration, "Unfortunately, the new governor is not cooperating with anybody. He seems to have a mindset to destroy Gbenga Daniel".
Complaining further on the increasing cost of governance in Ogun state, Daniel asked the people to join hands and remove Amosun come 2015.
