A bomb blast has been reported in Gombe state.
According to DAILY TRUST, the blast occurred at the Gombe Water Board Corporation few minutes after the President Goodluck Jonathan's convoy passed the area.
THE CABLE is reporting that the blast was caused by a suicide bomber who blew herself up on Monday afternoon on Road very close to the Pantami Stadium in Gombe, Gombe state, just 20 minutes after President Goodluck Jonathan rounded off his presidential campaign rally in the state.
President Jonathan was in Gombe today to campaign for re-election.
