Few things bring as much joy to Nigerians as data for internet access, especially when it is unlimited. Some telecoms companies have unlimited plans for their customers. Few of them have been outlined below...
NTEL 4G
Ntel 4G, which recently launched in Abuja and Lagos is a 4G/LTE-Advanced network that delivers call-connect times, Voice-over-LTE and high-speed Internet access (up to 230Mbps). All their data plans are unlimited
Smile 4G
Smile is one of the most popular internet providers in the country. They have an unlimited data plan for just N19,800 monthly although your data usage is restricted after you pass the 60GB threshold
Visafone BlackBerry
Visafone, before they were acquired by MTN offered an ''unlimited'' Blackberry data plan for N1,000 monthly, with a data cap of 10TB. Though it had a slow speed, it served its purpose. It is not clear yet if MTN will continue the service, we just need to wait and see.

You can subscribe to this plan and enjoy uninterrupted data for a day for just 150 Naira. However, this plans works for only selected sims. To subscribe, dial *567*59# and follow the prompts.
