Rapper, Jay-Z will hold a Special concert for Hillary Clinton, Democratic Presidential Nominee in Cleaveland, Ohio.



According to Buzzfeed, the show is said to be aimed at "young black voters," and will possibly feature an appearance by Cleveland Cavalier Lebron James.

A date is yet to be announced for the concert.
