Sports Kingsley Uluocha confident Enyimba will beat Abia Warriors in Aba Derby

Kingsley Uluocha of Enyimba international has admitted that their game against Abia Warriors on Sunday will be tough, but expressed optimism that with his side current form, victory is sure.

The two-time Caf champions league winners defeated Kwara United 3-2 in the mid-week fixture to bring their away win tally to three, thereby rising to be joint top leaders with Sunshine Stars of Akure with 29 points each.

The 21-year old player told www.tomiwababalola.blogspot.com that with the array of talented players and sound technical crew the club has, the game will tough, but insisted on victory at the end of 90 minutes for the Blue side of Aba.

"Victory at last. Though we know is not gonna be easy beating Abia warriors at Aba, this is a very good side with lots of big players and experienced coach and coupled with the fact they getting use to our stadium cos they are temporily play in their home matches there and it will seem to them like they are playing at home not as away as it ought to be so beating them with such their mentality is not going to be an easy but I am hopefully it shall surely end in praise cos we aren't going to underage them a bit"

Uluocha further said that with their current form, focus and motivation, they will be crowned champions again at the end of this ongoing season.

"Yes, with extra effort and focus on their remaining league games" Cos the league is still fresh". "They have been up-to-date, Thanks to d team management and the Abia state government"

"At least u can bear witness Enyimba is d team u can hardly see on paper threating to boycott matches cos of none payment of salary and bonus," "On a scale of 100, I gave them 80%. They have been wonderful"

"In terms of coordination and motivation", "They are trying their best. That's all I can say"

The Enyimba player later thanked God for how far He has taken them in the league after starting the season on a low, plus missing the NPFL's all time highest goal scorer, Mfon Udoh to illness.

"The reason is simple and glaring ... First and foremost it has been all about the grace and Mercy of God.. Secondly, the high team spirit in which we believe we can actually achieve what we want by believing in ourselves and above all The efforts of both the club management and the wealth of experience of our coach."
