President Muhammadu Buhari wrote the National Assembly on Tuesday to submit the 2016 budgets of 38 of the agencies listed under the Fiscal Responsibility Act, 2007.
According to the act, the budgets of the listed agencies should be attached to the national budget and presented to the National Assembly for consideration and approval each budget year but the Buhari administration failed in doing so.
Here is a list of the government corporations, agencies and government-owned companies:

(4) National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure
(5) Nigerian Social Insurance Trust Fund

(8) Nigerian Unity Line
(9) Nigerian Airspace Management Agency
(10) Nigerian Shippers Council
(11) National Maritime Authority
(12) Raw Material Research and Development Council
(13) Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority
(14) National Sugar Development Council
(15) Nigerian Postal Service
