Managing a football club is sort of a roller coaster ride, and the English Premier league can be regarded a roasting ground for managers.
Most clubs in the country are known to exercise short patience with managers that are not delivering on their promises and objectives.
Hundreds of coaches have been booted out of jobs in English football leagues in the past 3 years. This season, English clubs have sacked or parted ways with 57 coaches, 8 of them from the Premier League.
Bad results, tacky tactics, player coups are but a few of the reasons why several coaches have been shown the exit door by unimpressed success-seeking club boards and chairmen. Sometimes coaches decide to throw in the towel when they see the writing on the wall. At other times it's for personal reasons.
