Three Europeans were sentenced to nine months in prison each after being convicted of committing electronic fraud using bank cards in Mauritius.
PANA learnt from judicial sources in Port-Louis on Tuesday.
They include a 25-year-old Briton, Matthew Coulson and two Romanian nationals, Cosmin Barba and Christian Cubelac,
The three men were arrested on the island last May after they withdrew more than 1.5million rupees from several ATMs with fake bank cards.
