Nigeria: The House of Representatives, on Wednesday, according to Tribune have disagreed with the Senate over the proposed $52 benchmark for crude oil in the 2015 fiscal year budget.
The Senate had approved $52 per barrel as oil benchmark price for the N4.3 trillion 2015 budget.
However, the lawmakers at a closed door session settled for between $54 and $55 per barrel of crude oil, as against the $52 agreed to by the Senate.
The new figure is expected to be debated today against the backdrop of crash in crude oil price at the international market.
