Nigeria's Minister of State, Ministry of Petroleum, Ibe Kachikwu led a delegation to India to negotiate USD15 billion investment in Oil and Gas.

The delegation was received by Minister of State, Petroleum & Natural Gas, Shri Dharmendra Pradhan.

Nigeria is seeking a release of $15bn as upfront payment for crude oil purchase from India. An MoU was signed and is expected to be firmed up in December during Petrotech-2016.
