Olisa Metuh, the national publicity secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) appeared in court room without the presence of prisons officials and handcuffs.
Metuh arrived the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja this morning, for the continuation of his ongoing trial, Daily Post reports.
Olisa is facing a seven count charge of money laundering leveled against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and partaking in the sharing of the $2.1billion arms deal fund which was meant for the procurement of arms for the military.
