Nigeria's Former Minister of State for Defence, Musuliu Obanikoro, has been released by the EFCC.
He was arrested on October 17, and accused of receiving N4.7bn through the Office of the National Security Adviser in 2014.
“The EFCC just released Senator Obanikoro around 5pm. He is on his way home now," someone at the agency said.
According to reports, Obanikoro had met all his bail conditions on Thursday night.
