In a bid to find a lasting solution to issues of militancy in the Niger Delta, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo this morning arrived Delta state where he is to have an interactive session with leaders of the various oil communities in the region.
Osinbajo was received by Delta state Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, members of the Delta state executive council and traditional rulers from Delta state.
Having been received by the state governor and others at the airport, he was flown to Gbaramatu kingdom for a talk with the leaders of the oil bearing coastal communities.
He is expected to visit Delta, Bayelsa and Rivers State.
