Governor Adams Oshiomhole has said that the PDP Governorship Candidate, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu was allegedly rusticated by a panel led by Prof. Itse Sagay for two years after he allegedly bathed a fellow student with acid at the University of Benin, UNIBEN.
Recall that Ize-Iyamu in an online interview said he was rusticated for being a member of the Pirate confraternity at the University of Benin then and not because he bathed some body with acid.
However, Oshiomhole at the mega rally of the APC, to round up the governorship campaign of the APC Candidate, Mr Godwin Obaseki, said: "Now I challenge him, as a student in UNIBEN, he was rusticated for two years because he poured somebody acid and today the person was paralysed. It was one of the President’s Advisers today, Prof.Itsey Sagay that chaired the committee that rusticated Ize-Iyamu".
