Nigeria's Minister of Transport, Chibuike Amaechi, on Wednesday signed the Memorandum of Understanding for the construction of the Lagos-Ibadan and Calabar-Port Harcourt rail line, with the Managing Director, China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation, CCECC, Jack Li, at Ministry of Transportation headquarters.
