Several of us refused to believe an A-list celebrity of somewhat international repute could be in debt, but the court summons is here, and it doesn't appear to be leaving anytime soon.

Apparently court summons were pasted at D'Banj's Lekki home in Osaro Isokpan Street, Lekki Phase one. Sigh.

The case is expected to be heard on 26th January, 2015 (suit number: LD/ADR/445/14) but we read that it may face possible postponement due to the current JUSUN strike.

If he is really in a mess like so many before him, is this a lesson to others? Will they learn from this in the fake world of showbiz. This is not just a nigerian issue but the public have to understand that what is being sold is an illusion. At the end of the day if a star says he is broke, we will all be off
