President Goodluck Jonathan won't be returning to set up base in Otuoke, Bayelsa state immediately after May 29.
According to VANGUARD, the president made the disclosure while addressing the National Working Committee, NWC, of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
He said he would return stronger to help rebuild the party after taking a short break outside the country with his family. The President further urged members of the party to stay together and help rebuild the party.
