PZ Cussons in a statement on Tuesday has announced that Richard Harvey will retire as non-executive chairman of the company's board on 31 December 2016.
Mr Harvey was appointed a Non-executive Director of PZ Cussons Plc in January 2010 and Chairman in July of the same year.
The company added that it has begun the process of identifying a successor and will update market later in year.
