A Federal High Court in Lagos has struck out an application by Senate President, Dr Bukola Saraki, seeking to stop his trial in Abuja.
Justice Ibrahim Buba held that the court lacks jurisdiction to hear the application.
Saraki is standing trial at the CCT on a 13 count charge of false asset declaration while he was governor of Kwara state.
