The Fifa Referees Committee yesterday confirmed the appointment of 88 match officials from over 40 countries to officiate at the Olympics.
The arbiters were drawn from 40 countries, 4 from Africa and 36 from other parts of the world.
Here are the African four:
1. Kwimbira Bernadettar (Malawi)
2. Camara Dhibril (Senegal)
3. Samba El Hadji Malick (Senegal)
4. Ahmed Waleed (Sudan).
