Two Supreme Court Justices, Justice Sylvester Ngwuta and Justice Iyang Okoro have accused the honorable Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Chibueke Amaechi for alleged trying to using them to pervert justice in governorship election disputes involving Ekiti, Rivers and Ebonyi states.

Justice Sylvester Ngwuta made the claim in a letter dated October 18, 2016 and addressed to Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN, Justice Mahmud Mohammed and the National Judicial Council, NJC, two days after Justice Okoro blamed Amaechi for his DSS ordeal.

Although, the Minister, Chibuike Amaechi has described the latest allegations by Justices as lie and part of a “heavily-funded plot” to bring him down.

Should President Muhammadu Buhari subject his Minister for probe by the Economic and Financial Crime Commission?

What is your take?

Like everyone else, he is innocent until proven guilty. Let us see how this plays out... but the matter cannot simply be ignored

Yes but it seems Mr. Amaechi is untouchable despite clamors for his investigation both at Rivers state and out.
