Bola Ahmed Tinubu's ally Olorunnimbe Mamora has been removed as President Muhammadu Buhari sent another list of 46 non-career ambassadors to the Senate for screening and confirmation.
In new list, Paullen Tallen of Plateau state, Usman Bugaje of Katsina state and Olorunnimbe Mamora of Lagos state were not presented.
According to Sumner Shagari Sambo, TVC National Assembly correspondent, he posted on Twitter that in the new list, Federal Capital Territory got non-career ambassadorial nominee Mal. Ibrahim Habis Ugbada from Kuje Area Council of the Territory.
Recall that in October 2016, President Muhammadu Buhari picked Senator Olorunnimibe Mamora as Ambassador-designate.
The former Lagos state Senator and Tinubu ally, Senator Olorunnimbe was part of the 46 names of nominees initially sent to the Nigerian senate for confirmation.
