TSTV Africa has finally commenced the distribution and installation of Decoders across the country.
According to TSTV, Dealer accreditation is still on-going as the list is currently being populated.
Nigerian Bulletin, however, gathered few selected locations you can get the PayTV in Lagos and other states where you can buy the decoder:
