Officials from the United States, Russia and the United Nations are meeting in Geneva Friday to make final preparations for a long-delayed peace conference on Syria next month, reports Voice of America.
U.N.-Arab League peace envoy Lakhdar Brahimi is reportedly negotiating with U.S. and Russian delegations to determine which nations should be invited to the conference slated for January 22 in Montreux, Switzerland.
