The Nigeria Security
and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in Jigawa arrested two persons on suspicion of drug peddling.
The suspects were arrested on Friday in Hadejia Local Government Area at about 11:45pm.
The Commandant of NSCDC in the state, Mr Muhammad Gidado said the suspects had
confessed to using, supplying, selling and
distributing of all kinds of hard drugs in the area and other parts of the state
The case will be transferred to the National Drug Law Enforcement
Agency (NDLEA) for further action.
