A six-storey building under construction as a hotel collapsed this morning on 444 Crescent , Citec Villas , Gwarinpa.
The incident happened at about 1.00 am. Five laborers were trapped inside and three have been rescued by combined efforts of the Police, National Emergency Management Agency, NEMA and Federal Capital Emergency Management Agency, FEMA.
