ABC Transport Plc has notified The Nigerian Stock Exchange that its Annual General Meeting earlier scheduled to hold on Friday, 11 September 2015 will now hold on Wednesday, 30 September 2015.
The Company stated that this change of date was due to certain unforeseen circumstances and the need to ensure that its shareholders receive the annual report and accounts within the timeframe stipulated by the law.
The Company also states that the time, venue and closure of register and agenda of the Annual General Meeting remain the same.
