Nigeria's Minister for Interior, Abba Moro allegedly said that the Indian High Commission in Nigeria denied the late Dora Akunyili a visa at the peak of her health crisis.
According to PUNCH, Moro said that he had to intervene when he received a message from the deceased’s family and that the Indian embassy agreed to grant the ex-minister visa on the condition that there would be an aircraft to fly her directly to India.
