Dr. Doyin Okupe on Sunday said that he has resigned from the Peoples’ Democratic Party, Punch reported.
Okupe was the Senior Special Assistant on Public Affairs to former President Goodluck Jonathan.
Announcing his resignation on Twitter and Facebook, Okupe wrote:
It is time to say GOODBYE TO PDP.
It is with deep regret that I publicly announce my resignation from the People’s Democratic Party.
